No. Grain Forge runs as a Discord Activity — you play it directly inside Discord. Just join the server and launch the activity from a voice channel.
Discord Activities work on mobile, but the experience is best on desktop due to the text-heavy nature of MUDs. If you do play on mobile, landscape mode helps.
Your Discord account is linked to your Grain Forge account. You can create multiple characters under one account.
Your corpse (and everything in it) stays in the room where you died. Get back there and get all corpse to retrieve your equipment. Corpses decay over time, so don't wait too long.
Your character is saved automatically. When you reconnect, you'll resume exactly where you left off — same room, same inventory, same stats.
